At OCEANSAPART, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in your new activewear. If your items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of receipt provided they are in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the parcel is securely sealed for transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your parcel at the nearest authorized shipping point; your refund or exchange will be processed within 14 days of arrival at our warehouse.
